Sultane is an experienced business consultant specialising in strategic investment optimisation across key sectors in Mozambique. Currently, he works as the Partner-Business Matching Consultant for the Mozambique Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka.

With over 10 years of expertise in the energy and extractive industries, he has played a pivotal role in the conception and early development of electricity generation initiatives, in successful bid wins in oil and gas, and the production of several market studies reports on energy and fertilisers. Sultane holds a doctorate from the Graduate School of International Development (GSID) at Nagoya University, reflecting his in-depth understanding of sustainable development and investment opportunities. His research emphasises the policy and political landscape of energy access in the developing world, with a focus on Mozambique.

Manuel is an experienced analyst and researcher specialising in security and (geo)political analysis, with work experience in Japan, Switzerland, and Mozambique. He is well-versed in Mozambique and the wider politics of Southern and East Africa, with expertise in government and community relations.

Sambo’s insights are sought after by media outlets, and he has published extensively with major international publishers. He holds a PhD from the Graduate School of Global Studies, Doshisha University, Japan.

Judite is a results-driven Mozambican lawyer registered with the Mozambican Bar Association, holding a Law degree from Eduardo Mondlane University. Experienced in legal drafting, corporate law, company incorporation, and dispute resolution in Family, Labour, and Contract Law. Adept at client advisory, mediation, and delivering efficient, practical, and compliant legal solutions.

Judite has a proven track record in both public and private sectors, including experience as a legal technician at the Institute for Legal Assistance and Representation (IPAJ).
